Lemon Balm is a gentle nervine; gentle enough for even children. It can be calming, reducing symptoms of anxiety. It can also be mildly sedative for some. It helps aid in healthy digestion, as it is in the mint family. Lemon Balm is also considered to have neuroprotective properties.
